The appointment form on this website asks for your name, phone number, the treatment you're interested in, your preferred date and time slot, and any notes you choose to add. We store these details so the clinic can call you back and confirm the visit. We do not ask for medical records or payment details in the booking form.

The international patient form additionally asks for your country, email address, WhatsApp number, the treatment you're considering, your travel month and any message. You may optionally attach dental records or images. Attachments are stored in a private storage area that is not publicly accessible and is only opened by the clinic when reviewing your enquiry.

• To contact you about the appointment or enquiry you sent.
• To place a provisional slot in the clinic's own calendar.
• To answer clinical questions you asked before your visit.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

We are not able to run the website alone, so a small number of service providers process data on our behalf:

• Hosting and database — the website and the appointment records it saves are hosted with our website and backend platform providers.
• Email — a booking alert containing your submitted details is emailed to the clinic's own address through our email delivery provider.
• Google Calendar — a provisional appointment entry with your name, phone number and chosen treatment is created in the clinic's Google Calendar.
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads — used to measure how the website is used and whether an advertisement led to a booking. These receive anonymous usage signals such as page addresses, device and browser information and event names. They do not receive your name, phone number, email address, uploaded files or anything you wrote about your dental problem. When a booking is completed, only an internal reference code for that booking is sent, so the same booking is not counted twice.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — records that an enquiry happened, without your personal details.

WhatsApp buttons on this site open a chat with the clinic in WhatsApp. Once the chat opens, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp and is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Anything you send there — including photos of your teeth — is visible to the clinic staff who manage the number.

Analytics and advertising tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. Your browser settings let you block or delete them; the website's information pages and booking form continue to work if you do. The booking confirmation page also stores your confirmation details temporarily in your own browser so it can show them back to you — that copy stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

Appointment requests and enquiries are kept in the clinic's records for as long as they are needed to provide and follow up on your care and to meet the clinic's record-keeping obligations. If you want your enquiry deleted, contact us using the details above and we will action it where we are not required to keep the record.
